爽やかな香りとキリリと締まった後口が楽しめるお茶です。両河内という山間の土地で、畑の裏からは山が連なっている集落の最も奥にある畑で作られました。有機栽培で育成された当店で人気の品種、蒼風です。
繊細な澄んだ味わいとその統一感は、雪解けの湧き水のような印象もあります。
どこか蒼みを帯びた雪の景色を想いおこさせるお茶です。
This tea is a single origin tea picked in 2019.
As Japanese tea is basically blended,
it is very rare tea made from one field and one cultivar.
By not blending, you can enjoy the characteristics
of the varieties and areas of production of tea.
